Look at articles <23502@cup.portal.com> and <NELSON.89Oct30113011@sun.clarkson.edu>
in comp.graphics for Turbo Pascal and C programs containing the information
you want.  The information is from the Sept/Oct 1989 Programmer's Journal
Volume 7.5 in an article by Michael Abrash.
