Thanks for all your answers.  I went for a (used) Excite Ride 135, and a 
6.9 and 8.5 sail.  I hope that in a few months I'll be able report back 
to the group how the combination worked in practice.  Now I've got to 
devise a way to store the equipment on the rocky beach, without it 
getting damaged by the sun and the rocks.
