Let the web vote

You're unsure about the correct spelling of an actor's or top-manager's name, or the exact phrasing of an expression. Let the web vote, by running two Google searches, one for each alternative. The number of pages that match your query appears on the top right corner of the query's results page. The query with the highest number of hits is probably the correct one. Even if it isn't, you can console yourself knowing that you're on the same (misguided) boat with the majority.
